Am I required to wear a face mask?

Yes. Following the state of Illinois’ health directive, masks are required.

Are you open? What are the new hours? Are stores operating the same hours?

Yes, our hours are  Monday through Saturday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.  Sunday: 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.   Some of our stores will have modified hours; we recommend calling them directly.

How will I know when or if certain stores and restaurants are open?

We recommend calling ahead to see if the store, service, or restaurant you wish to visit is open. Our directory lists phone numbers for our tenants. During your visit, stores and restaurants that are open will likely have “open” or “curbside pickup” signage on their doors and windows.

How are you keeping the mall clean?

We continue to adhere to CDC guidelines with a cleaning rotation that includes frequent and thorough wipe downs of all public spaces, high-traffic/high-touch areas like mall entrances, food court tables, chairs and counters, restrooms, drinking fountains, trash cans and more.

How many people are allowed in the mall at the same time?

We are following state guidelines and have taken measures to ensure mall guests are maintaining a safe distance from one another. These include:  floor and door decals reminding guests of social distancing, appropriately distanced furniture in any of our common seating areas. Our tenants are controlling the number of customers in their stores as mandated by the State of Illinois health directive.

Are the doors to the mall open early for Mall Walkers?

At this time, mall walkers are welcome during regular mall hours:  Monday through Saturday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.  Sunday: 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.   All mall walkers must practice social distancing while at the center.

Will I need to have my temperature taken before entering the mall?

While we won’t be requiring temperature reads, we recommend you test yourself at home and stay home if you’re not feeling well.

What health and safety measures are the mall management teams undertaking?

Chicago Ridge’s teams will be onsite in PPE and will have their temperature taken throughout the day.  If anyone on our team is unwell, they will stay home from work for 14 days.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals trained and/or licensed to assist and accompanied by persons with disabilities are permitted.

Yes, visit the Security Desk located in the Food Court or call 708-372-4145 to inquire.

Can I purchase gift cards?

We do not have a mall-wide gift card program. We encourage purchasing gift cards direct from your favorite retailer or restaurant.

How do I contact customer service or mall management?

Mall management can be contacted Monday through Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm by visiting the mall office or calling 708-499-0841.

Amenities FAQ

Where is curbside pickup?

Curbside pickup locations are determined by the store’s or restaurant’s location within the property. For a specific location, follow the individual procedures from each store or restaurant.

How many restrooms are open?

We are limiting the number of available restrooms for health and safety purposes.  We are maintaining sanitization guidelines provided by the CDC, and our janitorial team has a consistent cleaning schedule of all high-touch/high-traffic areas, including the restrooms.

Is the play area open?

For health and wellness purposes, our play area is closed until further notice.

Do you have Wifi?

Yes, look for the wifi network called “!FREE_ChicagoRidgeMall” and enter in your email address for free wifi access.

Is there a movie theatre?

Yes, AMC Chicago Ridge 6 is located next to the Food Court.

Are strollers or wheelchairs available?

Yes, visit the Security Desk located in the Food Court to check out. Limited number available on a first come, first serve basis.

Do you allow mall walkers?

At this time, mall walkers are welcome during regular mall hours: Monday through Saturday 11 am to 7 pm, Sunday 12 pm to 6 pm. All mall walkers must practice social distancing, and wear a mask, while in the center. The walking distance is approx. 1 mile.

Is there a play area for kids?

For health and safety purposes, the play area is closed until further notice.

Are there family restrooms?

Yes, located in the Food Court.

Is there a bank or ATM?

ATMs are available in the Food Court, Kohl’s Court and next to ALDI.

Is there a Lyft/Uber Area?

You can communicate any curbside area for pickup with your Lyft or Uber driver.

Is there a nursing room available?

Yes, nursing rooms are available in the Family Lounge located in the Food Court.

There is free parking in lots surrounding the center.

No, there is no valet parking.
