We recommend calling ahead to see if the store, service, or restaurant you wish to visit is open. Our directory lists phone numbers for our tenants. During your visit, stores and restaurants that are open will likely have “open” or “curbside pickup” signage on their doors and windows.
We continue to adhere to CDC guidelines with a cleaning rotation that includes frequent and thorough wipe downs of all public spaces, high-traffic/high-touch areas like mall entrances, food court tables, chairs and counters, restrooms, drinking fountains, trash cans and more.
We are following state guidelines and have taken measures to ensure mall guests are maintaining a safe distance from one another. These include: floor and door decals reminding guests of social distancing, appropriately distanced furniture in any of our common seating areas. Our tenants are controlling the number of customers in their stores as mandated by the State of Illinois health directive.

While we won’t be requiring temperature reads, we recommend you test yourself at home and stay home if you’re not feeling well.
Chicago Ridge’s teams will be onsite in PPE and will have their temperature taken throughout the day. If anyone on our team is unwell, they will stay home from work for 14 days.
